Shrimp Po' Boy W/ Homemade Remoulade

I made Shrimp Po' Boys with a homemade remoulade sauce last night and they turned out great! It took improperly using my new mandolin slicer, a trip to the Narrows Urgent Family Care and 5 stitches though*. Was it worth it? I would say so. John Frank and I both brought the left overs to work for lunch. AND I have a an entire cup of extra remoulade.
